Unexpected room surprise

Booked in advance but got a last-minute email about a room change to a lesser quality hotel, which really didn’t sit right. The pool temperature seemed uncomfortably cold, and the lack of water in fountains was a letdown—especially when they charge for extra bottles. On top of a high room rate, the $30 parking fee felt excessive. Not to mention, unpleasant odors in the bathroom during our stay were concerning, and management’s response to complaints was lackluster.

The only downside was that the pool temperature was quite cold, which could be improved for a more enjoyable swim experience.

I found the staff to be friendly and attentive, which made our experience more pleasant. Additionally, being near the Arsenal Mall offered excellent shopping and dining options.

Had a great time with friends! We took the complimentary shuttle to the beautiful Boston Harbor and explored the historic Freedom Trail. The room was clean, and the breakfast was tasty. Just a heads-up, some rooms can be tight for wheelchair access. Overall, it was a fun stay!
